LLM Professional Legal Practice

The LLM in Professional Legal Practice is designed for aspiring solicitors who want a flexible, practical route to qualification.

 

Open to both law and non-law graduates, the course provides structured preparation for SQE1 and SQE2, while building the legal skills and professional competencies needed for real-world practice.

 

Available full-time (12 months) or part-time (around 24 months), the programme allows you to fast-track your path to qualification or balance your studies alongside work.

 

You’ll develop core skills in legal research, drafting, advocacy, client care, and ethics, while also building your Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) portfolio through practical, applied learning.

With April and October start dates aligned to SQE exam cycles, the course provides clarity, structure, and a direct pathway toward qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales.
